About the Role:

Extrusion Machine Operators help turn raw aluminum billets into precision profiles that fuel our entire production line. You’ll operate press equipment, monitor quality, adjust settings, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. Whether you’re experienced or ready to learn, this role offers hands-on skill building and real advancement opportunities.

Available Shifts

1st Shift Extrusion Operator

Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

• Consistent, family-friendly daytime schedule.
• Weekends off.
• Overtime during peak periods.

2nd Shift Extrusion Operator

Sunday–Thursday: 9:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Includes +$2/hr shift differential.
Weekends off.
Overtime during busy workloads.

Note: Overtime may be required during peak production. Schedules ease to standard hours as demand slows.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate extrusion press machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment and adjust settings for accuracy.
• Inspect profiles and verify measurements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Communicate with your team to meet production and quality goals.

What You Bring:

• Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately down to the 1/16th of an inch — this is essential for success in Extrusions.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work required overtime during peak periods.
