Express Drywall is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing Estimator to join our team.

We are a growing commercial drywall company in Kennesaw, GA looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage estimating, project coordination, and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial drywall and metal framing projects.
• Perform digital takeoffs using  On-Screen Takeoff (OST)or similar software.
• Review plans, specs, and project documents to determine scope and pricing.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and materials.
• Communicate with clients, GCs, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee projects from bid award to completion, including change order management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall and metal framing estimating.
• Proficiency with  On-Screen Takeoff (OST)or similar estimating programs.
• Ability to manage awarded projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mid-rise, large commercial, or multi-trade coordination.
• Strong negotiation and client-relationship skills.
