Position Summary
The Customer Service Analyst position is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services and orders and to handle and resolve customer issues.

Education/Training Requirements
Associates’ degree and a minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.
