We are seeking a talented and driven Python Engineer/Data Scientist with a focus on Multiprocessing of many CPU's to help build a variety of Agentic AI solutions.

You will utilize Python for designing, developing, and deploying Agentic solutions, fine tune models that power the agents and build data pipelines to power our products and services.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI innovations to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Python, integrating both open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain, VLLM, Ollama) and proprietary LLMs (Open AI, VertexAI, etc).
• Develop modular, scalable, and reusable components for agent architecture including memory, planning, tool use, and multi-modal capabilities.
• Collaborate with product teams to prototype and evaluate novel agent behaviors and learning strategies.
• Benchmark agent performance across tasks and environments; identify bottlenecks and optimize for efficiency and robustness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, simulation environments, or robotics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Work experience with graph data and time series as well as working knowledge of Reinforcement Learning algorithms and LLM fine tuning are pluses.
