RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clear tables after guests leave and wash dishes while following dishwashing machine and sink procedures
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and other employees
• Check the restrooms to ensure proper stocking levels of supplies and the cleanliness of the facilities
• Mop floors as necessary and dispose of all trash properly
• Making sure the parking lot is clear of debris, setting the tone for the guest experience
• Stock and rotate supplies in the service areas and dining room
