Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Practice Manager to support daily operations and ensure optimal performance at our care center. This role plays a key part in patient satisfaction, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.
• Assist in managing center budgets, financial performance, and P&L reporting.
• Lead and coach front office and clinical support staff.
• Analyze center operations and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, and operational leaders.
• Maintain effective patient flow and address operational challenges as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/business administration; Master’s preferred.
• Must be Bilingual-Spanish
• 2–3 years in clinic operations or healthcare management.
• Knowledge of managed care and budget oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office (PowerBI a plus).

Additional Info:

• On-site role with regular local travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and work in standard office and care center settings.
• Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to variable weather during travel.
