We're currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Saint Joseph, MI.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at our center, you’ll deliver individualized, evidence-based care through comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and education. Your role is pivotal in helping patients regain function and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Educate and empower patients and their families
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Michigan PT license (or eligible within six months)
• New grads and those awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
• A professional demeanor and commitment to excellence
