A leading, 100% employee owned heavy civil and site development contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to own pricing strategy on large, complex projects across the Bay Area.

Role Overview
The Senior Estimator will lead all estimating and preconstruction efforts on major site development and heavy civil projects, from conceptual budgets through final bids and negotiated contracts. This position is central to winning work and scaling the company’s regional footprint.
