Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Settlement Officer based in Lancaster, PA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Settlement Officer will handle real estate transactions, including reviewing and preparing settlement documentation, coordinating with relevant parties, and ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. Responsibilities also include managing client communications, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
