Job Title: Lab Technician Contractor Location: Torrance, CA Zip Code: 90503 Duration: 6 Month Pay Rate: $ 32.79/hr Keyword's: #Torrancejobs; #Technicianjobs. Start Date: Immediate Job Description: Responsibilities

• Support the technician team to fabricate or modify existing test fixtures.
• Provide electrical and mechanical support for prototype builds.
• Maintain test equipment in operational condition by performing routine maintenance and making minor repairs/adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the Test and Validation lab by strictly adhering to all established safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of technician work experience in a product development environment. Electrical test lab preferred.
• Strong mechanical ability and able to lift up to 50 lbs of weight.
• Strong organizational and clerical skill.
• Operation of pilot jack and/or forklift preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic electrical and mechanical repair preferred.
• Basic fabrication experience preferred.
