Job Description:
As a Tier 1 Tech, you'll troubleshoot and administer systems, ensuring smooth operations across various networks. From resolving technical issues with servers and applications to supporting end points, you'll handle a diverse array of tasks. Operating within our extensive network, you'll monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, and resolve system failures as necessary.
